According to the study, songs share characteristics with lullabies, affecting how easy it is to fall asleep. “We analyzed 100 lullabies on Spotify using 10 audio functions such as tempo and scale (higher or lower),” he says.
This means that by analogy with lullabies, such as melodies, these subjects are more likely to invite deep sleep.
