The Governor appointed Yanira Rices as Secretary of the Department of Education

The Governor of Puerto Rico, Pedro R. Pierluisi Urrutia, announced the appointment of Dr. Yanira Rices Vega as the new Secretary of the Department of Education of Puerto Rico (DEPR).
