Madrid, July 24 (Europe Press) –
A ship carrying military and humanitarian supplies left the port of Santander for Ukraine this Monday to supply the Ukrainian armed forces in early August, according to Defense Ministry forecasts.
In particular, the item sent by Spain consists of four government-made Leopard 2A4s, which will be added to the six Leopard 2s of the same characteristics already delivered to the Ukrainian government.
The ship carries ten TOAs M-113 armored vehicles (three of them for the Border Guard); ten naval trucks (of which five will be given to the Border Guard and five will go to the armed forces); an armored multi-purpose vehicle (for the Border Security Force); three civilian ambulances and one BMR armored ambulance (which goes to different military hospitals); as well as an armored civilian ambulance (for the Border Security Force).
