Long queues to fill tanks on tankers at Falcon

The lapatilla.com team consulted islanders at several gas stations at international prices and they said gasoline supplies have increased, but these days people stock up on fuel to go out on vacation. Due to this, vehicles stand in long queues.

As for the subsidized beneficiaries, they are not receiving daily gasoline from PDVSA, delivery is delayed and users cannot access the subsidy. Carmen Ilarreta, who lives in Punto Fijo, has not been able to stand in line for gas for three days, so she chooses fuel at international prices, but when taxes are lower.

This Thursday, December 28, petrol did not arrive at three subsidized service stations in Falcon's capital, Koro, and on December 29, users waited in queues hoping that fuel would arrive.
