Espacio Joven has organized a new cycle of activities for the months of April, May and June which will take place in the afternoon, during the week, in the facilities of the Municipal Youth Center itself, as a complement to the weekend nightlife offer that presents “Tonight is Young”.
This was announced by Youth Advisor Noemi Mendez, who explained that for this purpose, a series of workshops and meetings on hobbies and topics that enrich young people’s leisure time and another series of specific youth activities are being presented on Thursdays. , run by youth associations and groups in the city that offer interesting and interactive activities for other young people.
All activities will be free, although online registration will be required for selected courses, workshops and activities.
As detailed, the sign language course is scheduled to take place on Mondays, April 22nd and 29th; May 6, 13, 27 and June 3 (6 sessions), from 5:30pm to 7:00pm and will be taught by Viskan.
There will also be a novel workshop entitled “Book School” that will be held on Monday, April 22 and 29; May 6, 13, 27 and June 3 (6 sessions), from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. It will be taught by writer and translator Loreto Marin Larrea, and at the end of the workshop a fanzine containing stories from the participants will be published.
