Princess Charlotte turns 9 and her parents celebrate with a photo

LONDON (CNN) — The Prince and Princess of Wales posted a photo Radiant Princess Charlotte To commemorate his ninth birthday.

This is the second case which has seen a change in the publication of a Welsh photograph.
