According to Azalea Colmenares, General Secretary of the Union of Service Station Workers, the lack of new fuel in the region is caused by the number of trucks currently sent to Lara, which currently receives only 10 trucks per day.
He explained that each load has to be divided between the three service stations, so it is not enough to supply all the needs.
For this reason, each company runs out of gasoline very quickly, and therefore, there are lines.
For foreign municipalities, a truck does not arrive every day, which is shared between dollarized service stations, making the problem more acute.
It is important to mention that severe power outage recorded daily across the state of Lara has affected the manufacturing, business and commercial sector and now a new problem has been added, creating inconvenience and keeping people in a state of uncertainty. Fuel scarcity will increase.
