San Pedro de las Colonias, Coahuila. – The work of the Children’s Park in the Valparaíso neighborhood is progressing considerably, its construction is already beginning to show a better face of this sector that was abandoned, an area that has been rescued to offer a space worthy of recreation for the most little ones and their families.
During the month of March 2021, the San Pedro City Council presented a very ambitious project in an important area of the Valparaíso neighborhood, which was literally an area used as a garbage dump, it even had grass and weeds.
The works contemplated for this work consisted of stripping the natural land, a platform with bench material for walkers areas, 725 ml of cord, 650 ml of traffic yellow paint, 515 square meters, of concrete surface, 80 meters cubes of red clay, 14 shoes and socket for flying buttresses, 14 flying buttresses and 28 led lamps with 300 ml of 2 + 1 cable, 12 metal benches, 5 double waste baskets, 7 exercise equipment, 3 children’s games and a modular game, in addition to the identity letters of the colony.
Fabián Leyva Carreón, Director of Infrastructure, Urban Development and Territorial Planning, explained that it is expected to conclude very soon, but for the moment another image is being given to this important neighborhood, such as Valparaíso.
The works have progressed considerably, at the moment the space already has children’s games, clay and excellent lighting.
