Daniel Brann spoke at the opening of the new Israeli embassy, ​​which was attended by President Louis Abinader at a cost of $ 1.5 million. It is located on the 12th floor of the Downtown Center.

The diplomat announced the creation of a shock center in Cabaret, Puerto Plata, for which they will present a project funded by Israel and the merchants operating there.

“Teachers and doctors will come from Israel to provide training and keys. This shows that the Dominican Republic is on a very good path despite the epidemic,” Bran said.

He thanked the country for its assistance during the epidemic, in which the old embassy operated in different locations, saying, “We are here because in the end we can not lose hope.”

Humanitarian assistance

The ambassador said that due to the epidemic, 32 humanitarian operations have been carried out in the country this year.

In addition, before the end of 2021, Israel will provide RD $ 1.5 million in donations to children with physical and mental disabilities in Santiago and Zaragoza.
