The project was presented by the Municipality of Godoy Cruz under the name of Structural and Heritage Intervention – Espacio Arezzo Architectural Complex.
The building began to take shape from there Asset recoveryThis is to make it accessible to neighbours. In this first case, this was through access to the existing Arezzo space, which opened in May 2023.
With this work, Law No. 57/2018 was complied with, which declared its public benefit and created a place to receive exemplary creative proposals for the Cultural Wine Museum and Exhibition Hall.
That is why the enhancement of this iconic building and the work done in relation to the original structure are recognised with this award. It is another step towards the National Architecture Grand Prix.
ARQ-Fadia Awards
This is a national award for Argentine architecture, awarded by ARQ, the Clarin Journal of Architecture, and FADEA, the Argentine Federation of Architectural Entities.
It consists of two stages. The first is at the regional level and the winners advance to participate in the second stage, which is the national stage.
Its aim is to select the best public and private works that have been built and completed in different regions of the country during the last six years. Furthermore, it aims to publish and recognize the works of professionals who challenge and find solutions to the geographical, cultural, social and economic conditions of the country.
