At least three people have died in shootings in the US

Three people died and 10 were injuredA shooting at a grocery store Friday, including a law enforcement officer ArkansasPolice said.

There was a shooting at the grocery store mad man By Fortis. According to Arkansas State Police, the shooter was fatally shot by police and seriously injured. An officer was among the injured, but the injuries were not life-threatening.

Police did not immediately say if the shooting happened inside or outside the store. Officials had planned to hold a press conference about the shooting Friday afternoon.

Fordyce is a town of about 3,200 people located 104 kilometers south of Little Rock.

One video posted on social media showed at least one person lying in the parking lot, while another captured multiple gunshots.

Footage from television reporters at the scene showed bullet holes in the grocery store's window. Local and state agencies can be seen responding to the scene in video footage, with at least one medical helicopter landing nearby.

Governor of Arkansas, Sarah Huckabee Sanders He said he was informed of the shooting.

“I am grateful to law enforcement and first responders for their swift and heroic action to save lives,” Sanders posted on social media platform X. “My prayers are with the victims and everyone affected by this.”

This is the latest mass shooting with a grocery store as the backdrop. In 2022, a white supremacist kills 10 black people in a Buffalo supermarket. That shooting happened a year later at a supermarket in Boulder, Colorado. 10 people died there.

David Rodriguez, 58, stopped at his local Fordyce gas station to fill up his car when he heard what he thought were fireworks coming from a nearby vendor stand.

“We heard some small sounds”said.

Then the crazy butcher saw people running from the grocery store to the parking lot and a man lying on the ground. He started recording video on his phone before the shooting escalated.

“The police started showing up, then there was a big gunshot and the ambulances came,” he said. The bullets did nothing but fly.
