Several days after the suspension of the freely convertible currency (MLC) sales service in Cuba, CADECA has reported on the rescheduling of appointments.
This Tuesday, August 29, they announced: “Customers who had tickets for today from Artemisa, Santa Cruz and Havana have been notified that they will attend tomorrow August 30th due to inclement weather.”
Later, today Wednesday, the CADECA offices of Pinar del Río, Artemisa, Havana and Santa Cruz del Norte announced that they will serve customers of ticket applications on August 29 and 30.
Many took to social media to protest the decision and the delay in communicating it. “Thanks for the info, a little late but good. More than 15 people drowned. “If they know this information since yesterday, it’s not a job to publish it,” said one user.
This week, the exchange house network in Cuba had to resume the commercialization of MLC in its offices, interrupted by problems with the Cuban booking platform Ticket.
To date, customers who have waited for months to receive a shift that allows them to purchase low dollar amounts at CADECA do not know what will happen to their affected tickets.
Buy Dollars at Kadega
As the Cuban government authorized the sale of dollars to the population, the amount was 100 mlc. However, Cuba’s central bank has made it clear that whatever it buys will be sold.
News, in an attempt to manage the chaos created by long lines and resale at CADECA, a ticketing platform entered the scene. Cubans then have to make an appointment to request service and lines have moved virtually.
However, this page often presents problems, with many Cubans having trouble making appointments for critical services.
From their customer service they request the users to contact the support team personally and attend to their requests.
