Enrique Márquez to submit papers in case #28Jul presided over by TSJ

Former Venezuelan presidential candidate Enrique Marquez speaks at a press conference in Caracas (Venezuela) on Wednesday. Marquez suggested that Nicolás Maduro — who was declared the winner of Venezuela's July 28 election — heed calls for transparency inside and outside the country, with the majority of the opposition denouncing fraud and his standard-bearer, Edmundo González Urrutia, as he promised. It won the election by a large margin. “I think the government should pay attention to it, as well as the tripartite (Mexico, Colombia and Brazil) National Electoral Council (CNE) should warn of the need for a different treatment and publish the results”, he said.
