Garden plans:

- An open-air theater for large groups of spectators.
- Nursery for self-provision of species.
- Different spaces for children with sensory and interactive games

The sports sector will also expand:
- A five-a-side football field, which will be integrated into a mini-hockey field.

On the other hand, the existing lighting will be restored and new lamps will be incorporated to extend the hours of use of the property.
In order to increase security, a camera system will be included that will operate 24 hours a day. In addition, two security boxes for pedestrian and vehicular access will be integrated.
Along the park route, accessibility will be a priority at all points. For this reason, the natural levels of the property will be taken into account, new paths will be built and existing paths will be repaired.
