He continues to usurp space from the former Emal and today there may be definitions

About ten families occupy a space left by the Municipal Labor Education School (EMAL), which has operated for several years in the Don Bosco neighborhood and has proposed workshops with immediate job opportunities for various activities. These facilities, having been abandoned, were vandalized, and over time arson destroyed the property.

However, this space has been used by the residents of the vicinity of Moreno Norte and Juan Evans in the neighborhood of Don Bosco, to use it as a beach for sports and leisure activities, a situation that caused the reaction of the neighborhood due to the presence of these families that, citing the lack of a place to build their homes, they divided the place and occupying it with tents at first, to later build huts while waiting for the authorities to solve the housing problem.
Although the police were notified of the seriousness of the act, by occupying lands designated for other activities, the rapists remained since Sunday, taking advantage of the long weekend, therefore, it is estimated today that there could be some identification because the municipal administration was absent these days. There has not even been a formal judicial intervention, through which healthy mechanisms are sought for the rapists to give up their position and give up that space.
