“Today marks a golden day in my life. Azhar and I got married to be life partners. We held a small Nikka ceremony at our home in Birmingham,” Yusufzai wrote in his post.
“Please send your prayers. We are glad to walk together on the path waiting for us,” he added.

Her husband, Azhar Malik, is the executive director of the Pakistan Cricket Board in Lahore.
Yusufzai has received international recognition for his work against the Taliban’s efforts to prevent girls from attending school.
When she was 15, she was shot in the head by a Taliban member and taken to the UK for treatment.
In 2014, he won the Nobel Peace Prize at the age of 17 and became the youngest recipient.
He graduated last year from Oxford University with a degree in philosophy, politics and economics.
