At 11:01 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, two men were standing near a black car parked in a residential area. On checking the interior of the vehicle, the trunk of the vehicle was open. Also, they had cell phones in their hands.
As seen in a security camera footage, the alleged thief was distracted by one of them holding his cell phone only with his left hand and on the side of the street.

?The motorcyclist accelerated in the wrong direction, mounted the platform and reached out to grab the victim's cell phone. However, he lacked the man's speed and good reflexes, and when he saw the thief's hand, he moved his wrist to prevent them from being removed.
