A healthy Luis Diaz is Klopp's asset at Liverpool and a key card as they fight for points in the Premier League.
But the concern when he leaves the field is that it is not common to ask him to be replaced precisely when he is physically unable to continue in the race.
It happened on 68 minutes after suffering a very hard tackle and being treated on the field. This is a worrying moment at Anfield:

Curiously, Diaz is again having physical problems against the same opponent against whom he suffered more subtle injuries during his stay in England. News is now expected about this new physical problem that forced Diaz off the field with the match tied 1-1 for the benefit of his friend Darwin Nunes.
