An arrest warrant has been issued for the suspects in the death of Rosanna Delcado, 37, of Bethlehem. The suspects are Megan Alyssa Cologne, 30, Juan Ayala-Rodriguez, 35, Oscar Manuel Garcia, 26, and Mario Alberto Barbosa-Juarez, 29.
One in five of the four suspects has not yet been identified and it is believed they are no longer in Georgia. Authorities are investigating whether Cologne is traveling with her minor children.

Discovery of Delcado
On Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at approximately 7 a.m., the Gilmour County Sheriff’s Office conducted a health check at a home in Cherry Lock, Gilgia. Kilmer County agents responded and then enlisted the help of the Georgia Bureau of Investigations (GBI) Regional Intelligence Office in Cleveland, GA.
The man found at the scene was later identified as Delcado. Delcado was reported missing on April 16, 2021 in Borough County, Georgia. He was last seen on April 16, 2021 in Decolph County.
The investigation is still ongoing. The GPI and the Kilmer County Sheriff’s Office are responsible for locating and holding responsible parties in constant coordination with the Borough County Sheriff’s Office, the DeColfe County Police Department, and the Sampling Police Department, as well as several state, local, and federal organizations.
What happened
On April 16, Rosanna left her home for work and did not return as expected. Her husband, Yoni Castro, went missing Saturday in the Borough County Sheriff’s Office.

Yoni promised to notify Barrow County Police, Decolph Police, Champilly Police and Decatur Police of Rosanna’s disappearance, although no authority has yet responded to Rosanna’s whereabouts.
