The brand of comprehensive bathroom solutions Strom tecca She presents her space entitled Metallic Harmony at Casa Decor 2024. In it, the interior designer Errico Navazo, with whom he repeats for the second year in a row, has given life to a bathroom that includes a royal, calm and serene color concept, with a wooded and serene atmosphere where eternity reigns. Nature makes its way through tones and materials. Inside, all the environments are arranged to inspire, facilitate and nurture people, the cornerstones of the Strohm Teka philosophy.

The space created by the interior designer is a tribute to the building built at the beginning of the 20th century.

Tap, the protagonist

The flagship faucet is the Itaca Series metal collection in black, a commitment to design, beauty and the timelessness of the material. The collection features a metallic finish, which is achieved thanks to an innovative color stabilization technology using a vapor deposition (PVD) process, which also gives the faucet a high resistance and anti-fingerprint finish that allows the item to last. time. To generate contrast, precious marble, warm furnishings and metallic contrasts were used that complement the entire composition, giving the space elegance and royal character.

Specifically, the concept surrounding the faucet served as inspiration for the interior designer to accompany and enhance the idea of timeless quality. Metallic Harmony recreates a bathroom where architectural tradition fuses with contemporary design distributed in four spaces: a vanity area with metal sinks and taps, a shower area and a more intimate environment for toilet and bidet and as the main protagonist due to its location in the city centre. The bathroom and bathtub space are next to a small lounge area.

Areas of use

The panel that frames the space and cuts off the light from the window welcomes you upon entry. In the center is a Cosentino limestone bathtub that imitates marble with the built-in metal faucet from the collection and a large Murano glass lamp that serves as the culmination point of the collection. A relaxation area with armchair and pouffe completes the space. In front of it, a metal back panel conceals the black ceramic toilet and tender area, framing this setup theatrically.

The sink area includes a large antique mirror with alabaster fixtures and a dark wood cabinet reminiscent of the building's original roof style. The worktop is made of the same material and finish as the bathtub, and the solid metal sinks in dark gray, as well as the XL faucet, are from the Itaca Metallic collection.

the bathroom

The bathtub occupies a central place in the space. Pictured are interior designer Erico Navazo and Strohm Teka marketing director Gemma Borrachero.

The double shower is an element completely unrelated to the architecture, but it is integral because its exterior is finished like the rest with upholstered walls and a built-in gray terrazzo floor to blend this space with the rest of the room. Inside, there are two shower systems combined with triangular ceiling sprinklers, an engineering design that represents a priority within the Itaca group.

Both shower space and m space

Overall, in the space of metallic harmony, elements typical of 1928 and original to the neo-Mudéjar style Palacio de la Trinidad coexist with natural, current and avant-garde elements that generate the perception of a place that resists the passage of time while maintaining its elegance. All of this includes a design that has a strong character and is deeply influenced by the original components of the palace, such as its imposing roof and regionally inspired finishes.

The space offers a universal bathroom solution distributed over four with a metal faucet
