Here are some other updates that Apple may release today:
Apple TV
The technology blog 9to5Mac reports that Apple TV not only needs support for a new processor and better update rates for games, but can also act as a physics locator for the redesigned controller airtacks.
Airboats3
Apple’s next generation of wireless headphones are believed to have a design with its high-end Airports Pro with spatial audio support and touch controls.
Airports have grown a cult following over the years and have become a symbol of fashion and status, but Apple may wait until later this year to show off a new model.
On MacBooks
Apple’s MacBook Pro and MacBook Air are also due to be updated, but it’s not clear if they will do so next week. Apple recently discontinued its iMac Pro lineup, which was once the most powerful computer the company has ever offered, and its original homepot to focus more on the homepot mini.
Software
Apple will guide users with the long-awaited iOS 14.5 software update that focuses on privacy. Its upcoming App Tracking transparency feature will require app developers to disclose how user data is collected, what it will be used for, and require user approval before downloading or updating apps from the App Store.
New emojis will also appear, including a low-graphic syringe, between the release of the Covit-19 vaccine.
