As it happens throughout the year, the self-run space PLANTA, located at Calle Reconquista 697, presents different cultural and innovative proposals for all audiences.
On this occasion, next Saturday, November 19, from 7:30 pm, Paula Caneva will organize an event called “Tierra Rosa”. “The Pink Land” is the title chosen by the local artist for this exhibition in which a series of 33 ceramic pieces can be appreciated. These creations are based on the Oracle of Mother Earth created by Paula, and consist of 40 cards based on the decans of the zodiac wheel and elements. It is an invitation to connect with your unconscious and creative energy. In addition, the sample will be accompanied by the music of the Raphael artist, Gustavo Beck.
Igra Voces, on the other hand, will join this proposal, on the same Saturday from 8:30 pm. This vocal ensemble consists of eight women who will share their songs that seek to navigate and travel through different rhythms and landscapes. This group discovers and investigates ancestral songs from around the world, delving into rhythmic roots and vocal harmonies, with arrangements for piano and percussion.
Under the direction and arrangements of Dolo Mazzoni, Igra will present a repertoire made up of songs from Eastern Europe, also recovering music from Finland, Ukraine, Belarus and Bulgaria and traveling to another continent with songs from the Tuscarora ethnic group (originally from the United States).
As they call it, it will be a “ritual Sabbath.” Inside the space there will be a friendly and affordable canteen. It should be noted that the event is max.
