The 2023 World Baseball Classic is another showcase for Randy Arosarena to show what he can do in tournaments and short series. The man from Pinar del Rio is still inside World Cup Nomination And, this Wednesday, Mexico increased its advantage to 3×1 against Canada in the decisive game.
In the top of the second inning, Randy Arosarena found a man on first base and came home to face pitcher Rob Zastrisny with two outs on the board.
1-2 in number, Arosarena He hit 94.2 mph off Jastryzny and hit a wild line drive at 110.1 mph that ended up in right-center field. Duck double!

As if that wasn’t enough, Arosarena had five RBIs, five runs scored, three walks and four strikeouts. At this point, his line is .462/.588/1.000, with a 1.588 OPS.
A win for Mexico would ensure qualification and advance to the quarter-finals. So far, Randy Arrozarena has consistently dominated the small hours in the 2020 Major League Baseball postseason with the Tampa Bay Rays, no matter which team he plays with.
