This weekend Santa Claus comes to Lion space. In the Plaza de las Estrellas he will receive all those children who wish to come and ask him for his wishes or bring him their letters.
The hours in which it will be available is as follows:
- Friday, December 10 and 17, from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturdays and Sundays and Thursday, December 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Friday, December 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In addition, the campaign ‘Pedal so that we all win’ continues to be active, which is installed in the Plaza del Sol, in which volunteers who want to pedal will be able to light the Christmas tree and collaborate with a good cause while enjoying and doing sports .
There are great prizes for participants:
- The person who pedales the longest each day will receive as a prize a smart light bulb and an Amazon Echo device.
- The person who has pedaled a greater distance each week will receive an electric bicycle as a prize.
- Among all the participants of legal age, 7 prizes will be raffled, consisting of a year from the receipt of electricity from their home.
All the distance pedaled by users throughout the campaign, which will run until January 5, 2022, will be accumulated in a meter and at the end it will be transformed into a solidarity donation to Cáritas Diocesana de León for the payment of electricity bills for needy homes in our city.
