(CNN) — According to state police, “The Flash” actor Ezra M. Miller was accused of stealing alcohol from a Vermont home in May.
Vermont State Police found probable cause to charge the actor with burglary of a vacant home in Stamford. According to a police press release.
After being alerted to a possible burglary on May 1, police discovered several bottles of alcohol had been stolen from the home. Surveillance footage and reports gave police probable cause to charge Ezra Miller, but it was not elaborated.
The actor, who previously appeared as The Flash in several DC superhero movies, was issued a citation Sunday, state police spokesman Adam Silverman said.
Ezra Miller has been ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court on Sept. 26 for a robbery charge.
CNN reached out to Miller’s representatives for comment but did not receive a response.
The actor will be seen in the upcoming movie “The Flash” produced by WarnerMedia. WarnerMedia, which includes CNN, is owned by parent company Warner Bros. Part of Discovery.
In March, there was Ezra Miller Arrested in Hilo, Hawaii, and was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at a bar, police said. On April 19, the actor pleaded no contest and was fined $500 on a disorderly conduct charge, court records show. Harassment charge dismissed.
