The Municipality of Ushuaia, through the Social Economy Zone, under the Secretariat of Social, Health and Human Rights Policies, opened a co-working and collaborative space for entrepreneurs and cooperatives in the city with the aim of strengthening the sector by working together, strengthening networks and training on different topics.
Ushuaia.- It will operate on Tuesdays from 2:00pm to 5:00pm at Punto Digital's facilities located at Kuanip 2089.
It has a fully equipped computer room, meeting room, training unit, printer, projector, internet, kitchen and consulting area.
In this regard, the Minister of Social Policies, Agustina Cardoso Porta, stated that the initiative “emerged from the decision of Mayor Walter Foto to continue to accompany and strengthen the entrepreneurial community in this context where we not only implement Expo-Feria spaces, but also aim to promote projects through training.” And creating networks.
For his part, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Community Development, Eric Garcia, commented: “Thanks to the interconnection with the different regions, this space has been achieved for residents where they can develop and work on their projects and ideas, and hold meetings and project presentations. And work on their graphic and printing designs, and receive advice and training on various topics such as social networking, design, marketing, sales, etc.
