The Science, Technology and Innovation Strategic Plan was presented to the San Juan University community

SECITI’s Secretary, Marietta Benavente, completed the visit to all affiliated colleges of San Juan National University, and did the same in the virtual situation with specialists from Cuyo Catholic University.

The highest authorities of the universities and their teams of educators and researchers participated in the Socialization Meetings of the Strategic Plan: UCCuyo Secretary of Science and Technology, Luis Jiménez, and UNSJ Vice President, Analía Ponce. Also present were the Dean of the School of Architecture, Urban Planning and Design, Guillermo Velazco; the Dean of the Faculty of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences, Rodolfo Bloch; Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy, Myriam Arbal. Dean of the College of Engineering, Mario Fernandez; Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences Marcelo Lucero.

SECITI Strategic Plan 2022-2023 It is a platform for launching projects in science, technology and innovation that respond to the needs that are considered strategic for San Juan residents. It consists of seven strategic platforms for specialization: 1. Water and the environment. 2. Food and seeds. 3 – the associated mining and metalworking complex; 4. Health, medicines and medical devices. 5. Astronomy 6. Economics 4.0. 7. Renewable energies.
