Following an appeal hearing today against Jerome Carber for violating Rule 54, the accused was charged on social media for revealing himself after Judge Mariela Miranda’s decision.
Marilis Perez, who was identified on the social networking site Facebook, alleged that she was removed from the room before releasing the affidavit.
As announced SpokespersonThe judge did not rule on the case against Carber, a former contractor and former deputy chairman of the Electricity Authority’s governing body.
Violent acts against women are said to have been repeated several times in the last two years.
“According to the justice of Puerto Rico, I have to wait for them to kill me. They took me out of the room and I was heartbroken that they did not have the courage to tell me their determination in my face. Disaster, disappointment and fear …”, Perez wrote.
Last Friday, May 7, Carber was arrested for violating a security order against him and barring him from contacting the victim.
According to the justice of Puerto Rico, I have to wait for them to kill me. They took me out of the room and I was heartbroken that I did not have the courage to say their determination in my face.
