The men’s volleyball teams Explorări Baia Mare, SCM Zalău, CSU Braşov and Ştiinţa Bucureşti qualified on Thursday, at the Cluj-Napoca tournament, in the quarterfinals of the Romanian Cup. The final of the competition will take place on Sunday.

The results of the eighth round of the Romanian Cup, in the matches played on Thursday, are: Baia Mare explorations – Steaua Bucureşti 3-1, University of Cluj – SCM Zalău 0-3, Pro Volei Arad – CSU Brasov 0-3 and UV Timisoara – Science Bucharest 1-3.

Thus, in the quarterfinals, scheduled for Friday, the teams Explorări Baia Mare, SCM Zalău, CSU Braşov and Ştiinţa Bucureşti qualified.
