In the framework of the 20th anniversary of the Quark Group, the head of the Museum of Sciences of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ), Berta Michel Sandoval commented that as a result of the pandemic, the Children’s Science Club continued to bring science to the homes of the most little ones.

In this context, seeing the need to extend its activities to other states, the person in charge explained that this time there is the participation of children from the states of Yucatán, Chihuahua, Colima, Veracruz, Tabasco, Mexico City, Zacatecas and some of their municipalities.

Michel Sandoval mentioned that after the pandemic passes, the possibility of carrying out online activities is being evaluated; however, he specified that the Children’s Science group will return in the face-to-face mode, “when it is certain that all children are vaccinated.”

Currently it is about that the little ones can have at home the materials for the activities that are carried out, “the most complicated materials will be sent to their homes, the members of Grupo Quark are putting together the packages in order to continue teaching the science of fun way ”.
