Within the framework of the ChicasTEC+ project, which aims to bring out the potential of adolescents in the field of science and technology, a group of 100 adolescent girls completed their training in programming and web design, and shared innovative solutions with various companies.
The experience was presented during the event Hacking inequalitya hackathon promoted by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) as part of 4 Girls Global Skills Initiative.

The first two places in the hackathon were awarded by the jury and the third place by online voting. The three teams were the winners and prize-winners Ada Lovelace Band, Synergy and Girls in Tech who have developed technology solutions for Yape, Unicef and Falabella.com respectively.
