With the participation of more than two thousand participants celebrating the International Day of Scientific Culture – Code Saint Louis

Dr. Amaury de Jesús Pozos Guillén, Secretary of Research and Postgraduate Studies at the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi, said that the institution celebrates the World Day of Scientific Culture, which is celebrated on September 28, with the main goal of making its importance among the population.

He stressed that this scientific publishing process has been strengthened thanks to the various activities undertaken by various institutions and agencies to provide that opportunity and space for many people who do not interact with science every day, and they can do so through these events.

He reiterated that institutions and individuals around the world contribute to promoting scientific culture through various activities, which is why the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosi is making efforts to celebrate this day, such as the Science Fair and Chemistry Festival together with people of all ages.

“During the days in which these activities were carried out, we were able to gather just over two thousand people who participated in the various workshops, demonstrations, experiments and games carried out by the different publishing groups of the Foundation.”

“The big advantage is that it allows us to organize scientific activities better, which makes every day a success,” Pozos Guillén emphasized that science dissemination is an activity that the Foundation has undertaken for a long time, which has contributed to making these celebrations more visible.

In conclusion, the Secretary of Research and Graduate Studies renewed his call on publishing groups to continue working and promoting scientific culture more strongly and on a daily basis.
