Zacatecas, Zach, April 10, 2024. With the presence of 210 participants from 15 countries, Zacatecas became the home of the Science Publishing and Publishing Festival, at the beginning of the International Symposium on Public Communication of Science and Technology and the 9th National Science Entertainment Symposium bringing together experts, publishers, academics and educators.
This multinational meeting was made possible by the collaboration between the international Public Communications Network for Science and Technology (PCST Network); the Network for the Popularization of Science and Technology in Latin America and the Caribbean (RedPop); Cadena AC Entertainment, Mexican Network of Entertainment Sciences; the Government of the State of Zacatecas, through the Zacatecan Council for Science, Technology and Innovation (Cozcyt) and the Zigzag Interactive Center for Science and Technology; Science Museum of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ); and the Interdisciplinary Professional Engineering Unit of the National Polytechnic Institute.
Representing the State Governor, at the opening of the work, the Minister of Education of the State of Zacatecas said that the symposium and symposium promote the peace agenda of the entity and constitute invaluable exercises to bring Science and Technology (S&T) closer to all sectors.
